NEW TOOLS UNDER INITIAL ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

TGC WILL REPAIR, FREE OF CHARGE, ALL TOOLS WITHIN ONE YEAR OF SALE DATE. THIS INCLUDES ALL PARTS, LABOR AND CALIBRATION FEES.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS

TGC WILL WARRANTY ITS REPAIRS OF OUT OF WARRANTY TOOLS FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS FOLLOWING THE REPAIR AS FOLLOWS:

• If TGC replaces or repairs a functional (non-consumable) part in a tool, we guarantee that part for 6 months after the repair.
• If TGC replaces a functional part in the tool that includes a consumable item, we cover that item for 6 months, along with the replaced part.
• Consumable/wearable items replaced in the course of regular tool maintenance or repair are not covered under warranty.

NOTE: ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS INCLUDE A FREE RE-CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE

Our repair facility enables us to provide our customers with excellent service. You can expect fast and friendly service from Torque Gun. The repair department's average turn around is 24 to 48 hours on tools or pumps. We now provide an on-site repair and preventative maintenance service.

How the Torque Gun Repair Facility Operates:

• The broken or damaged item is shipped to us. Item(s) should be accompanied by the Torque Gun Repair Form*.
• Once received by us the item is torn down and inspected.
• We will then contact the customer with a repair estimate either by fax, phone or email.
• The customer will have the option to approve the repair or to replace the item if it is considered Beyond Economical Repair (BER)
• Upon approval of the repair and/or calibration, the item will be repaired, tested, calibrated and returned to the customer.

Repair Terms and Conditions:

• Terms are Net 30
• Freight is FOB Ship Point

ALL TOOLS SENT IN FOR REPAIRS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE REPAIR FORM.

*NOTE: To use this form, download pdf document, fill out and send along with tool(s) to be repaired. Please include all special instructions as well as any and all Serial or ID numbers to ensure repair PO's get paid in a timely fashion. Also be sure to include whether the customer would like the tools calibrated. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
